If you want to try Insanity, but not spend a lot of money then I highly suggest buying one of these DVD's. Sanity Check is brand new so I haven't tried it yet, but I have Fast and Furious and LOVE it. I do it on days where I don't have a lot of time, but still want a GREAT workout. It is very intense, but short!
